The mission of Julianna Arendash Photography is to help busy women take a break from their everyday hustle to reconnect and better believe in their beauty.

We will help women see the impact a boudoir shoot can have on their self image, internal dialog & instill confidence that has the power to change their life and the lives of those around them.

We will do this by giving our clients a life changing experience, gorgeous portraits of themselves to have for a lifetime and sharing their story in order to reach out & help other women struggling with their body image.

We will know we are successful each time we help a client go from lacking confidence and negative internal dialog to skipping out of our studio with confidence and going forward boldly to better impact the world.

Photographer Assistant Job Description

Position: Photographer Assistant

Job Type: Part Time

Reports to CEO

Hours & Compensation: $15/ HR

Location: Berea, OH and Remote

Role

You’re responsible for assisting Julianna in the day to day studio operations of Julianna Arendash Photography.

Responsibilities

  • Customer service and communication

  • Client Account Management and Organization

  • Phone consultations

  • Social Media Management

  • Attending events

  • Places Client Orders

  • Packages orders

  • Client order delivery

  • Errands

  • Cleaning Studio

  • Retouching Images

Results

  • Clean studio every morning/afternoon prior to session time

  • Completing all errands by due date

  • Tracking and completing all client deliveries

  • Maintaining client communications and organization

  • Respond to all communications within 24 business hours

  • Retouch image turn around time of 48 hours, with 95% satisfaction rate.

  • Get clients their orders in 2 weeks or less 95% customer happiness from shoots/orders

Requirements

  • 1+ Years in Customer Service Experience

  • Google Suite/ Drive Knowledge

  • Loves Boudoir Photography

  • Detail Oriented

  • Reliable Transportation

  • Believes in our mission

  • Has high speed internet

  • High end computer

  • Positive attitude

  • Self Motivated, and up to working in a fast paced workplace.

Training

  • We provide you customer service software training

  • We provide you with social media management training

  • We provide you with photographic product training

  • We provide you with retouching training
